Butternut Squash Ravioli w/ Maple Cream Sauce, sautéed kale with bacon

Traditional Shepherd’s Pie with Hamilton Farm Organic Lamb and organic vegetables, topped with whipped mashed potatoes

Desert Course

Beet Cake with Chocolate Ganache
