Milk

Sold in 1 gallon, 1/2 gallon, quart, and pint sized bottles.

Our milk is a blend of Jersey and Normande certified organic milk, bottled fresh for local markets and health food stores. Also available at the farm.

Half and Half

Sold in 16 oz. bottles.

A rich blend of our own heavy cream and milk, Perfect for cooking or adding to coffee. Makes excellent ice cream!


Crepes with strawberries and fresh whipped cream.

Quark Cheese

Sold in 8 oz. packages.

A European-style soft cheese made with reduced fat milk. In Germany, quark is often used as a substitute for cream cheese in baked goods (breads, cheesecake, etc.). Our quark is available plain as well as flavored with organic and locally sources herbs. Our chocolate flavor is great for chocolate cheesecake! Quark is great on bagels in place of cream cheese or even fold it into pasta for a tasty dish.

Butter

Sold in 1/2 pound or 1 pound packages.

Lightly salted to enhance flavor, our rich and creamy butter is hand made and packaged. Butter is frozen and meant to be used within one week of thawing.

Cultured Cream

Sold in 8 oz. tubs.

Our fresh pasteurized cream, cultured and conveniently packaged in 8 oz. tubs. Use in place of sour cream for cooking or topping!

Old Fashioned Buttermilk

Sold in quart sized bottles.

Our traditional, unpasteurized buttermilk left after making our fresh butter. Great for baking biscuits, breads, and other treats.

Cultured Buttermilk

Sold in quart sized bottles.

Cultured buttermilk made with our pasteurized milk. Great for baking biscuits, breads, and other treats.

Greek Yogurt

Sold in 8 oz. packages.

Creamy and rich and packed with flavor! It's made with reduced fat milk and flavored with organics flavors, Maine fruits and organic sugars.

Drinkable Yogurt

Sold in pint sized bottles.

Made with a blend of whole milk and pasteurized yogurt. Great for a snack, quick breakfast, or for kids any time!

Eggs

Fresh from our flock of brown egg laying chickens including a mix of Plymouth Barred Rock, Golden Buff, and Rhode Island Red hens.

Mozzarella Cheese

Sold in balls of varying size.

Handmade and stretched weekly with our pasteurized milk. Lightly salted for flavor. Great with fresh tomatoes and basil for a great salad or appetizer. Mozzarella is a great snack if you're on the go, and it makes amazing pizza!


Feta Cheese

Sold in 3/4 lb. wheels or wedges of varying size.

Our feta cheese is handmade weekly with our pasteurized milk. It's great on salads, pizza, or anything else you could imagine putting feta cheese on!
